2026년 10월 14일 개정 · 사용량 분석 선택 동의 추가

Claude Code·Codex 기록 파일은 내 컴퓨터 밖으로 나가지 않아요. 내 카드를 보고 순위에 오르려면 로그인해야 하고, 그때 순위에 필요한 합계 숫자와 계정 정보가 서버에 저장돼요.

로그인하지 않을 때

기록 파일은 브라우저나 내 컴퓨터의 수집기에서만 읽어요. 계산 결과도 이 브라우저(IndexedDB, localStorage)에만 남아요.
Windows에서는 수집기가 Windows가 남겨 둔 이전 버전(복원 지점)에서 지금은 지워진 Claude Code 기록도 읽어요. 읽기만 하고 고치거나 옮기지 않으며, 다른 파일은 열지 않아요.
순위표는 볼 수 있지만, 내 카드와 수집은 로그인한 뒤에 쓸 수 있어요.
이 사이트 서버에서 사이트 파일, 순위표, 환율, Codex 리셋 기록을 받아요. 기록이나 계산 결과는 보내지 않아요. 환율은 서버가 네이버에서 받아 와요. 리셋 알림을 켜면 알림 주소를 보내고, 비회원 문의를 보내면 문의 내용과 브라우저 구분 정보도 저장해요(아래 해당 항목).
글꼴은 jsDelivr와 Google Fonts에서 받아요. 이때 그 서비스에 브라우저의 접속 정보(IP 주소 등)가 전해져요.

로그인하면 저장되는 정보

로그인 계정 번호	GitHub 또는 Google이 알려 주는 계정 번호와, 어느 쪽으로 로그인했는지, 계정을 만든 시각이에요.
이메일	로그인한 계정의 이메일 주소예요. 로그인할 때 받아 저장해요. GitHub는 확인된 대표 주소, Google은 확인된 주소만 받아요. 받지 못하면 가입할 때 직접 적어요. 공개되지 않고, 계정 주인을 확인하거나 계정에 관해 연락할 때만 써요.
이름·생년월일·성별	처음 로그인한 뒤 '가입 정보'에서 동의를 받고 적어요. 동의하지 않으면 순위에 오를 수 없지만, 카드 만들기와 순위 보기는 그대로 돼요. 이름과 생년월일은 공개되지 않아요. 이름은 계정 주인을 확인할 때만 쓰고, 생년월일로 계산한 나이대와 성별은 내 닉네임이 어느 나이대·성별 순위에 나올지 정하는 데만 써요(그 순위표에 닉네임이 오르니, 나이대와 성별은 다른 사람도 알 수 있어요). '가입 정보 고치기'에서 언제든 고칠 수 있어요. 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없어서, 적은 생년월일이 만 14세 미만이면 한 번 더 확인한 뒤 계정과 기록을 지워요.
아이디	가입 때 직접 정하는 고유한 공개 아이디예요. 순위표에서 닉네임과 함께 보이고 친구 추가에 사용해요. 가입 정보에서 바꿀 수 있으며 계정 삭제 시 지워요.
닉네임	순위에 공개되는 이름이에요. 처음에는 Google 프로필 이름이나 GitHub 사용자 이름을 불러오고, 사용할 수 없거나 이미 사용 중이면 무작위 닉네임을 정해요. 가입 화면과 프로필 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
한 줄 소개·서비스 사이트	선택해서 적은 소개와 사이트 주소예요. 순위표의 프로필 창에 공개하며, 프로필 설정에서 언제든 지울 수 있어요. 삭제하거나 계정을 지울 때까지 보관해요.
프로필 사진 주소	GitHub·Google 계정 사진의 주소예요. 로그인할 때마다 새로 받아요. 이름 옆 '설정'의 '프로필 사진 공개'에서 끌 수 있어요.
나라·지역	직접 고르기 전까지는 접속 위치(Cloudflare가 알려 주는 나라와 시·도)로 채워요. 이름 옆 '설정'에서 고치거나 '선택 안 함'으로 비울 수 있어요.
나이대	생년월일로 계산해요. 생일이 지나면 저절로 바뀌어요.
학교	직접 적은 경우에만 저장해요.
사용량 합계	기기마다 달별·모델별 토큰 수예요(최근 36개월). 그 달에 어느 날 썼는지와 Codex 기록에 적힌 ChatGPT 요금제 이름도 함께 보내는데, 휴대폰에서 내 카드를 컴퓨터와 똑같이 그리는 데만 쓰고 순위나 다른 사람에게는 쓰지 않아요. 대화 내용, 파일 이름, 프로젝트 이름은 보내지 않아요.
기기 정보	기기를 구분하는 값과 'Windows PC' 같은 기기 이름, 마지막으로 올린 시각이에요. 구분하는 값은 터미널 명령으로 수집했다면 컴퓨터 이름·사용자 이름·홈 폴더로 만든 되돌릴 수 없는 해시값이고, 폴더로 수집했다면 이 브라우저가 만든 무작위 값이에요.
세션 해시	같은 컴퓨터의 기록이 두 번 세지지 않게, 세션 ID를 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값이에요(서비스마다 최대 64개). 세션 ID 자체는 아니에요.
친구 관계	아이디 또는 기존 초대 링크로 맺은 친구 목록이에요.
로그인 키	로그인 쿠키가 이 계정 것인지 확인하려고 계정마다 만든 무작위 값이에요.
수집 키	수집 명령에 들어가는 계정마다의 무작위 값이에요. 돌아온 결과가 내 명령으로 만든 것인지 알아보는 데만 써요.
잠깐 거치는 결과	'바로 실행'이나 '시작하기'를 누른 페이지가 기다리는 동안, 그 버튼으로 돌린 수집기의 결과(토큰 합계, 모델 이름, 날짜, 요금제 이름, 컴퓨터와 세션을 알아보는 해시)가 서버를 거쳐 그 페이지로 전해져요. 수집기는 먼저 기다리는 페이지가 있는지만 묻고, 있을 때만 결과를 보내요. 페이지가 받으면 바로 지우고, 받지 못한 결과는 10분이 지나면 다음 접속 때 지워요. 명령을 직접 붙여넣어 돌리면 서버를 거치지 않아요.

Codex 리셋 알림

저장하는 것	리셋 페이지에서 알림을 켜면, 브라우저의 알림 서비스가 이 브라우저 몫으로 만든 알림 주소(푸시 구독 주소)와 저장한 시각을 서버에 저장해요. 로그인하지 않아도 켤 수 있고, 계정과 묶지 않아요. 이름이나 이메일은 받지 않아요.
쓰는 곳	다음 리셋을 찾았을 때 알림을 보내는 데만 써요. 알림에는 내용이 실리지 않아요. 알림을 받은 브라우저가 이 사이트에서 최신 리셋을 직접 읽어 와 보여 줘요.
지우는 때	'알림 끄기'를 누르면 바로 지워요. 그때 서버에 닿지 못하면 다음 알림을 보낼 때 지워요. 브라우저에서 알림을 막거나 사이트 데이터를 지워 그 주소가 없어지면, 다음 알림을 보낼 때 알림 서비스가 없는 주소라고 알려 오고, 그때 지워요.
X에서 읽는 것	리셋 소식을 모으려고 서버가 X API로 OpenAI Codex 리드 @thsottiaux의 공개 글을 읽어요. 리셋을 알린 글의 번호, 올린 시각, 글 내용만 저장해 리셋 페이지에 보여 줘요. 방문자의 정보는 X로 보내지 않아요. 'X에서 보기'를 누르면 X로 넘어가고, 거기서부터는 X의 처리방침을 따라요.

공개되는 정보

순위는 로그인하지 않은 사람도 볼 수 있어요. 거기서 보이는 건 닉네임, 아이디, 프로필 사진(숨기지 않은 경우), API 정가로 환산한 금액(Claude와 Codex 나눠서)과 토큰 수예요.

순위표에서 이름을 누르면 그 사람의 월별 금액(최근 12달)과 모델별 금액도 보여요. 계정 설정이나 그 창에서 '월별·모델별 내역 공개'를 끄면, 다른 사람에게는 순위표에 보이는 것만 보여요.

나라·지역·나이대·성별·학교가 정해져 있으면, 그 항목으로 나눈 순위에 내 닉네임이 나와요. 이 값들이 이름 옆에 따로 적히지는 않지만, 누구나 그 순위를 열어 보면 내가 어느 나라·지역·나이대·성별·학교에 속하는지 알 수 있어요. 이름·생년월일·이메일은 어디에도 나오지 않아요. 나라와 지역은 직접 적지 않아도 접속 위치로 정해지니, 원하지 않으면 '선택 안 함'으로 비워 주세요.

학교 이름과 학교별 참가 인원, 합계 금액도 공개돼요. 친구 순위는 로그인한 본인과 그 친구들만 봐요.

내가 저장하는 순위 이미지에는 내 닉네임, 순위, 티어와 사용량이 들어가요. 다른 참가자의 닉네임은 넣지 않아요.

쓰는 목적

계정 관리, 카드 생성·기기 간 조회, 순위 계산·공개, 친구 기능과 중복 집계 방지에 사용해요. 이메일과 이름은 계정 주인을 확인하거나 계정에 관해 연락할 때만 써요. 문의 정보는 문의 처리와 도배 방지에 사용해요. 별도로 동의한 회원의 사용량은 아래 범위에서 통계 분석·서비스 개선에 이용할 수 있어요. 광고·마케팅, 개인정보 판매, 외부 업체의 독자적인 활용 목적으로 제공하지 않아요.
금액은 서버가 공개 가격표로 다시 계산해요. 이 페이지에서 바꾼 요금제나 환율은 저장하지 않아요.
리셋 알림 주소는 리셋 알림을 보낼 때만 써요.

사용량 통계 분석·서비스 개선

가입 또는 가입 정보 수정 화면에서 선택 동의한 회원에 한해, 운영자가 이미 업로드한 사용량을 다음 목적으로 이용할 수 있어요. 이 동의를 위해 추가 로그나 방문 기록을 수집하지 않아요.

이용 항목	업로드한 월별·서비스별·모델별 토큰 수와 공개 API 가격으로 환산한 금액이에요. 동의 여부를 확인할 때 계정 번호를 연결하지만, 분석 자료에는 이름·이메일·공개 아이디·닉네임·사진·생년월일·성별·위치·학교·친구·문의 내용·기기 식별값·요금제를 넣지 않아요. 대화 내용과 원본 로그는 수집하지 않아요.
이용 목적	서비스·모델별 이용 비중과 월별 사용 추세를 분석하고, 비용·토큰 계산의 정확도와 카드·순위 기능을 개선하는 데 이용해요. 개인을 식별하거나 재식별하는 분석, 개인별 광고와 외부 제공에는 사용하지 않아요.
보유·이용 기간	동의한 때부터 동의 철회, 해당 사용량 기록 삭제, 계정 삭제 중 먼저 도래하는 때까지 이용해요. 분석용 개인별 사본은 따로 보관하지 않아요. 철회해도 카드·순위를 위한 원래 기록은 기존 보관 규칙에 따라 남으며, '순위에서 빼기'나 '계정 삭제'로 지울 수 있어요.
거부와 철회	동의하지 않아도 가입·카드·순위·친구·문의 기능에 제한이 없어요. 프로필의 '아이디 · 가입 정보 수정'에서 선택 동의를 해제하고 저장하면 즉시 철회돼요. 기존 회원은 자동으로 동의 처리하지 않으며, 방침 개정만으로 과거 동의 범위를 넓히지 않아요.
동의 기록	현재 동의 여부, 동의 시각과 안내 버전(2026-10-14)을 계정에 저장해요. 철회하면 동의 시각과 버전을 지우고 미동의 상태로 바꾸며, 계정을 삭제하면 이 설정도 삭제해요.

순위 기록 검토

순위 조작 방지를 위해 업로드한 월별 사용량과 제출 시각을 비교해 급격한 증가·큰 사용량의 근거와 검토 표시를 저장해요. 관리자가 확인하며, 표시만으로 조작을 확정하거나 자동 제외하지 않아요. 검토 기록은 계정 삭제 시 지워요. 원본 로그나 대화 내용은 수집하지 않아요.

보관과 삭제

계정을 지우기 전까지 보관해요. 문의하기를 이용하면 계정 번호, 문의 제목·내용, 답변, 처리 상태와 작성·수정 시각을 저장해요. 작성자와 지정된 관리자만 읽으며, 문의 처리에만 사용해요. 계정 삭제 시 문의와 답변도 지워요. 관리자 확인용으로 로그인 제공자가 확인한 이메일을 별도로 저장해요.
비회원 문의는 문의 처리와 필요한 연락을 위해 이메일을 필수로 수집하고, 수집·이용 동의 시각을 함께 저장해요. 동의를 거부하면 비회원 문의는 보낼 수 없어요. 이메일과 동의 기록은 문의 삭제 요청 전까지 보관하며, 작성자와 지정된 관리자만 확인해요. 입력 이메일은 인증된 주소가 아니며 로그인·문의 접근 권한을 부여하지 않아요. 문의 유형도 문의와 함께 저장해요. 계정 대신 무작위 브라우저 쿠키(마지막 방문부터 1년)로 본인 문의와 답변을 확인해요. 서버에는 쿠키 원문 대신 해시를 저장하고, 도배 방지를 위해 접속 IP를 비밀 키로 해시한 값을 저장해요. 원본 IP는 문의 데이터에 저장하지 않아요. 비회원 문의는 삭제 요청 전까지 보관하며, 삭제 요청은 contact@tokenwhale.dev로 보내 주세요. 쿠키를 지우거나 만료되면 비회원 문의에 접근할 수 없고, 로그인해도 계정 문의로 전환되지 않아요.
순위에서 빼기를 누르면 사용량 합계, 기기 정보, 세션 해시, 점수가 바로 지워져요.
프로필 설정 맨 아래의 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제를 누르면 위 정보와 친구 관계, 계정이 모두 바로 지워져요. 운영자가 순위에서 숨긴 계정은, 같은 계정으로 다시 들어와도 숨김이 이어지도록 로그인 계정 번호와 숨김 표시만 남기고, 이메일·이름·생년월일·성별·사진·나라·학교와 기록, 친구는 모두 지워요.
지울 때는 데이터베이스에서 바로 지워요. 따로 보관하는 사본은 없어서 되살릴 수 없어요.
로그인 쿠키는 30일 동안 유지돼요. 로그아웃하면 이 브라우저에서 지워져요.
리셋 알림 주소는 '알림 끄기'를 누르면 바로 지워요. 그때 서버에 닿지 못하면 다음 알림을 보낼 때 지워요. 브라우저가 그 주소를 없앤 경우에도 다음 알림을 보낼 때 지워요.

내 권리

내 정보는 언제든 보고 고칠 수 있어요. 닉네임·사진·나라·학교는 이름 옆 '설정'에서, 이메일·이름·생년월일·성별은 '가입 정보 고치기'에서 바꿔요.
처리를 멈추고 싶으면 '순위에서 빼기'를, 모두 지우고 싶으면 '계정 삭제'를 누르면 바로 돼요.
직접 할 수 없는 일은 아래 문의로 요청해 주세요. 늦지 않게 처리하고 결과를 알려 드려요.

문의 보안 확인

자동 문의를 막기 위해 Cloudflare Turnstile을 사용해요. 활성화되면 Cloudflare가 접속 IP와 브라우저 신호를 처리하고, 서버는 일회용 확인 토큰을 검증해요. 확인 토큰은 저장하지 않으며 문의 내용이나 가입 정보를 보안 확인 서비스로 보내지 않아요.

Your Claude Code and Codex log files never leave your computer. To see your card and join the ranking you sign in, and then the totals the ranking needs and your account details are stored on the server.

When you are not signed in

Log files are read only by your browser or by the collector on your computer. The results stay only in this browser (IndexedDB, localStorage).
On Windows the collector also reads Claude Code logs that have since been deleted, from the previous versions Windows keeps (restore points). It only reads them, never changes or moves them, and opens no other files.
You can see the ranking, but your card and collecting need you to sign in.
This browser contacts the site's server to get the site's files, the ranking, the exchange rate and the Codex reset record. It sends no logs or results. The server gets the exchange rate from Naver. Turning on reset alerts sends an alert address; sending a guest inquiry also stores the inquiry and browser identifier (see the relevant sections below).
Fonts come from jsDelivr and Google Fonts, which then see your browser's connection details (such as its IP address).

What is stored when you sign in

Sign-in account number	The account number GitHub or Google gives, which of them you signed in with, and when the account was made.
Email	The email address of the account you signed in with, received and stored at sign-in: GitHub's verified primary address, or a verified Google address. If none comes, you enter it at sign-up. It is never shown, and used only to confirm the account's owner or to contact you about the account.
Name, date of birth, gender	Entered with your consent under "Sign-up details" after your first sign-in. Without consent you cannot join the ranking, but making cards and viewing the ranking still work. Your name and date of birth are never shown. The name is used only to confirm the account's owner; the age band worked out from your date of birth, and your gender, are used only to decide which age and gender rankings your nickname appears in (since your nickname appears on those rankings, others can tell your age band and gender). You can change them any time under "Edit sign-up details". People under 14 cannot sign up: if the date of birth entered is under 14, it is confirmed once more and then the account and its records are deleted.
ID	A unique public ID chosen at sign-up. Shown with your nickname on rankings and used to add friends. You can change it in sign-up details; it is deleted with your account.
Nickname	Your public name on the ranking. We initially use your Google profile name or GitHub username. If it cannot be used or is already taken, we generate a nickname instead. You can change it on the sign-up screen or in your profile settings.
Bio and website	An optional short bio and website URL. These are public in your ranking profile. Clear them in profile settings at any time; retained until you remove them or delete the account.
Profile photo address	The address of your GitHub or Google account photo, refreshed at each sign-in. You can turn it off with "Show profile photo" under "Settings" next to your name.
Country and region	Until you pick them, filled in from where you connect from (the country and province Cloudflare reports). You can change them or clear them with "Not set" under "Settings" next to your name.
Age band	Worked out from your date of birth, and updated by itself after your birthday.
School	Stored only if you enter it.
Usage totals	Token counts per device, by month and model (the last 36 months). The days of each month you used them and the ChatGPT plan name written in the Codex logs are sent too, used only to draw your card on a phone exactly as on the computer, never for the ranking or for anyone else. No conversation content, file names or project names are sent.
Device details	A value telling devices apart, a device name such as "Windows PC", and when it last sent. The value is a one-way hash of the computer name, user name and home folder when collected by the terminal command, or a random value this browser made when collected from a folder.
Session hashes	Session IDs turned into values that cannot be turned back (up to 64 per service), so one computer's records are never counted twice. They are not the session IDs themselves.
Friends	Friends added by ID or existing invite links.
Sign-in key	A random value made for each account, to check that a sign-in cookie belongs to it.
Collector key	A random value for each account that goes into its collect command, used only to tell that a result came from your own command.
Results passing through	While the page where you pressed "Run now" or "Start" waits, the result of the collector that button ran (token totals, model names, dates, the plan name, hashes telling computers and sessions apart) passes through the server to that page. The collector first asks only whether a page is waiting, and sends the result only if one is. It is deleted as soon as the page has it; one never picked up is deleted at the next visit after 10 minutes. Running a pasted command does not go through the server.

Codex reset alerts

What is stored	When you turn alerts on on the Resets page, the server stores the alert address your browser's push service made for this browser (the push subscription address) and when it was stored. It works without signing in and is not tied to any account. No name or email is taken.
What it is for	Only for sending an alert when the next reset is found. An alert carries nothing: the browser that receives it reads the latest reset from this site itself and shows it.
When it is deleted	At once when you press "Stop alerts"; if the server cannot be reached then, at the next alert. If you block alerts in the browser or clear the site's data so the address is gone, the push service says so at the next alert, and it is deleted then.
What is read from X	To gather reset news, the server reads the public posts of OpenAI's Codex lead @thsottiaux through the X API. Only the number, time and text of posts announcing resets are stored and shown on the Resets page. Nothing about visitors is sent to X. Pressing "View on X" takes you to X, whose policy applies from there.

What is public

The ranking can be seen without signing in. It shows your nickname, ID, profile photo (unless hidden), the amount at API list prices (Claude and Codex apart) and your token count.

Pressing a name on the ranking also shows that person's amount by month (the last 12) and by model. If you turn off "Show monthly and per-model detail" in your account settings or in that window, others see only what the ranking shows.

If your country, region, age band, gender or school is set, your nickname appears on the ranking split by it. These are not written next to your name, but anyone who opens those rankings can tell which country, region, age band, gender or school you belong to. Your name, date of birth and email never appear anywhere. Country and region are set from where you connect even if you never enter them, so clear them with "Not set" if you do not want that.

School names, how many take part from each school, and their total amounts are public too. A friends' ranking is seen only by the signed-in person and their friends.

Your exported ranking image includes your nickname, rank, tier and usage, without other participants’ nicknames.

What it is used for

Used for account management, creating and viewing cards across devices, calculating and displaying rankings, friend features and duplicate detection. Email and name are used only to confirm account ownership or contact you about your account. Inquiry data is used to handle inquiries and prevent spam. With separate consent, usage data may also be used for the analytics and service improvements described below. We do not use it for advertising or marketing, sell personal data, or provide it to outside businesses for their independent use.
The server works out the amounts again from the public price lists. The plans and exchange rate you change on this page are not stored.
Reset alert addresses are used only to send reset alerts.

Usage analytics and service improvement

Only with optional consent in sign-up or profile settings, the operator may use previously uploaded usage data for the purposes below. This consent does not collect additional logs or browsing history.

Data used	Uploaded monthly token totals by service and model, and their equivalents at public API prices. Your account number is used to check consent, but analysis data excludes names, email addresses, public IDs, nicknames, photos, dates of birth, gender, location, school, friends, inquiries, device identifiers and subscription plans. Conversation contents and raw logs are not collected.
Purposes	Analyze service and model usage shares and monthly trends, improve cost and token calculation accuracy, and improve card and ranking features. This does not include identifying or reidentifying people, personalized advertising or sharing analysis data externally.
Retention and use	From consent until withdrawal, deletion of the relevant usage records or account deletion, whichever comes first. No separate per-person analytics copies are retained. After withdrawal, original records for cards and rankings remain under the existing retention rules; use 'Leave the ranking' or 'Delete account' to remove them.
Declining and withdrawing	Declining does not restrict sign-up, cards, rankings, friends or inquiries. In your profile, open 'ID · Sign-up details', uncheck the optional consent and save to withdraw immediately. Existing members are not automatically opted in, and a policy update does not expand an earlier consent.
Consent record	The current choice, consent time and notice version (2026-10-14) are stored with your account. Withdrawal clears the time and version and sets the choice to declined. Account deletion also deletes this setting.

Ranking record review

To prevent ranking manipulation, we compare uploaded monthly totals and submission times and store review flags and evidence of large volumes or rapid growth. Administrators review them; flags alone do not establish manipulation or automatically exclude anyone. Review records are deleted with the account. Raw logs and conversations are not collected.

Keeping and deleting

Kept until you delete your account. Contact inquiries store your account ID, subject, message, reply, status and creation/update times. Only the author and designated administrator can read them, solely to handle the inquiry. Deleting your account also deletes inquiries and replies. We separately store the sign-in provider’s verified email to check administrator access.
Guest inquiries require an email for handling the inquiry and contacting you if needed; the consent time is also stored. Declining prevents guest inquiry submission. The email and consent record are retained until inquiry deletion is requested and are accessible only to the author and designated administrator. The entered email is not verified and grants no sign-in or inquiry access. Inquiry type is also stored with the inquiry. Guest inquiries use a random browser cookie (one year from the last visit) to access inquiries and replies. We store a hash of that cookie, plus a secret-keyed hash of the connection IP address to prevent spam; the raw IP is not stored with inquiries. Guest inquiries are retained until deletion is requested at contact@tokenwhale.dev. Clearing or losing the cookie removes access. Signing in does not convert guest inquiries into account inquiries.
Leave the ranking deletes your usage totals, device details, session hashes and scores at once.
Account management → Delete account at the bottom of your profile settings deletes all of the above, your friends and the account at once. For an account the operator hid from the ranking, only the sign-in account number and the hidden mark are kept, so the hiding continues if the same account comes back; its email, name, date of birth, gender, photo, country, school, records and friends are all deleted.
Deleting removes the data from the database at once. No copies are kept elsewhere, so it cannot be brought back.
The sign-in cookie lasts 30 days. Signing out removes it from this browser.
A reset alert address is deleted at once when you press "Stop alerts"; if the server cannot be reached then, at the next alert. If the browser drops the address, it is deleted at the next alert too.

Your rights

You can see and change your details any time: nickname, photo, country and school under "Settings" next to your name; email, name, date of birth and gender under "Edit sign-up details".
To stop the processing, press "Leave the ranking"; to delete everything, "Delete account". Both take effect at once.
For anything you cannot do yourself, ask through the contact below. It will be handled promptly and you will be told the result.

Inquiry security check

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated inquiries. When enabled, Cloudflare processes connection IP and browser signals, and our server validates a one-time token. We do not store the token or send your inquiry or sign-up details to the verification service.
